Burkley James of EOTO has been around competitive travel basketball since 1988 starting in New Jersey.  James first team consisted of retired NBA player Tim Thomas when he was in the 6th grade with an organization that is now called The Playazs, a nationally ranked Nike team.  Years later, James moved his family to the south and established Each One Teach One (“EOTO”) basketball program based out of Duluth Georgia.  The EOTO philosophy revolves around the player development and the importance of teamwork, competing for one common goal of coming together to win. “One Family, One Team,” a motto that has helped created Nationally ranked teams under the EOTO umbrella.

We decided to partner with a stellar program like EOTO, “because of their dedication and passion to assist student-athletes involvement in community service projects and EOTO’s approach to building character on and off the court” says Theo Ratliff.  “It is an honor to have Future Phenom involved with the holistic view of EOTO.”  Burkley James goes on to say, “Having a well respected NBA Veteran such as Theo Ratliff involved in our program is a dream come true for any basketball organization, it gives us an experienced professional athlete’s perspective but also a well accomplished business person as a partner.”  “Sports is a great outlet and lends kids an opportunity to develop and blossom socially and mentally,” states Ratliff, “Future Phenom looks forward to having a long lasting and healthy relationship with EOTO.”
